The building

There are wooden beams and terracotta tiles, stone or terracotta floors and large stone fireplaces.

The basement is embellished with magnificent stone floors while on the ceilings we find wooden beams with original stone tiles too. On the ground floor there are a total of three kitchens, three bathrooms and four bedrooms for the three units. On the first floor there are four bathrooms and another 12 rooms. The entrances of the three apartments are all located on the street side while the garden embellished with pines and fir trees develops mainly on the right side and on the back of the farmhouse and then continues towards the fields and woods of the property.

The land

An extensive amount of 30 ha of land is included in the property. Not divided by roads or other obstacles it is one single body consisting of mainly woodland and pastures. There is ample space around the buildings to create an attractive garden and pool area.

The area

The nearest villages are  Fraccano and Apecchio which are about 6 km away. Apecchio offers all the necessary amenities for daily life. Città di Castello is a bustling little town with a nice historic center. The very scenic Apecchiese road connects the city with the Adriatic coast at a mere 70km distance. Very different and surprising  possibilities offers the  Monte Nerone (1525m) with the nearest ski resort. The beautiful Tuscan city Arezzo is only 65 km away and the nearest international airport is Perugia at 80 km.
