The building

The area

The nearest villages are  Fraccano and Apecchio which are about 6 km away. Apecchio offers all the necessary amenities for daily life. Città di Castello is a bustling little town with a nice historic center. The very scenic Apecchiese road connects the city with the Adriatic coast at a mere 70km distance. Very different and surprising  possibilities offers the  Monte Nerone (1525m) with the nearest ski resort. The beautiful Tuscan city Arezzo is only 65 km away and the nearest international airport is Perugia at 80 km.
