The project in which the house is located consists of 3 rows of 4 duplex homes in two pairs. The property for sale is the second house in the second row. It was realised in 2005 by a Roman architect and builder who shared a love for Umbria and wanted to built something really nice for themselves in the countryside. Todi (5 km) dates back to Etruscan times and offers all amenities for daily life. The historic center is still very authentic and beautiful with an ample choices op restaurants, shops, churches and the Roman underground water system. The vineyards of the Monte falco and Bevagna area are within easy reach. To the west lies the wonderful and quaint city Orvieto well known for it’s stunning cathedral. The Orvieto train station guarantees easy and fast connections to Rome and Tuscany. The nearest international airport is located near the bustling student city Perugia.
