This delightful property is located in a hilly position within easy reach of Città della Pieve. It is Immersed in a beautiful landscape and easy to reach. A quiet road leads up to the farmhouse cutting through fields, woods and splendid olive groves. The access to the property is convenient but at the same time its setting guarantees perfect privacy. The property is located a mere 5 km from the Tuscan border. The beautiful little town Città della Pieve lies at 5 km distance as well and offers all amenities for daily life. A short distance away we also find an interesting place of worship, the Lombard Sanctuary of San Biagio. Lake Trasimeno is about 15 km away while the capital Perugia with its airport lies at about 40km distance.
