The house

This home is a classical example of an original farmhouse that was extended over time. When a family would grow pieces would be added on, creating a sturdy building with many impressive weight bearing walls and spaces. Luckily in this case the various rooms came out quite spacious which definitely makes it more liveable than many other homes. The ground floor features two former stables which harbour the kitchen and dining area, both equipped with a fireplace and doors connecting to the garden and pool. The surroundings

Situated between Rome and Tuscany Umbria is a quiet and tranquil area. Todi is a pristine and much requested territory and the real estate market is overall quite stable and on the rise. The hilltop town has a long history and dates back to the Estruscan era. The historic center is a medieval treasure and the city offers plenty of restaurants, bars and other facilities. Other interesting places that make easy day trip destinations are Orvieto, the cities and vineyards of Montefalco and Bevagna, bustling student city Perugia and Assisi.
