About Caroline Suzanne van Agteren

Who am I?

My background features a melting pot of places and activities. In 1997 I  graduated from law school in the Netherlands.  I then spent 14 years in the Caribbean founding, building and successfully selling various companies amongst which a dive shop, wholesale and boutique hotel. After having fallen in love with the beauty and authenticity of the region I moved to Umbria in 2011. I started the real estate sector in 2014, turning my foreign descent and extensive skills set into a major advantage in the Umbrian real estate market.   Currently I work both as realtor, as interior designer and as project manager for a renovation and construction company.  More than anything else I am an entrepreneur that likes potential and to realise all of it. Getting the best out of people and companies is definitely what makes me tic.

Overall it is in my character to explore, understand, manage and arrange. To take care, to share and I’m very business minded so this job brings me a lot of satisfaction. I have high standards and have surrounded myself with a network of trustworthy professionals in order to cover all angles. I work until the job is done right, love to communicate, know what empathy means  and am praised for my honesty, sincerity, integrity, trouble solving and negotiating skills.
