The buildings

This property comprises various separate buildings.

One large stone building in good condition which covers 345 sq m. It currently offers large spaces on the ground floor and sleeping quarters on the top floor. Behind the building there is an old brick oven as well as a wood oven. The side gives access to a nice lawn with the stream at only a small distance.

On the opposite part of the steam sits a large concrete building of 377 sq m. The current state is builders finish, all finishes and fixtures can be personalised. The spaces are divided between meeting and sleeping quarters. In addition to those it offers a large covered porch as well. This building can be purchased separately for €340.000.

The two original stone buildings of a former water mill of 50  and 27 sqm are the first ones in sight upon arrival. The smaller one  has been converted into a reception area whereas the larger one harbours a heated pool. These buildings can be bought as a package together with the large stone building for €510.000.

For any work on either the buildings or the outdoors we recommend our colleagues from the Renovating in Umbria group of which we are part. Our Caroline will accompany the buyer during the renovation project from A-Z to ensure all will be exactly as it should be. If desired it is possible to purchase only one part of the property, either the stone buildings on one side of the stream or the concrete one on the other side.

The land

Included in the property (incl. all buildings) are 6,2 ha of land, mostly wood. It is possible to purchase additional land upon request. Due to its location on both sides of the stream the land is mostly gently sloping.

The surroundings

This property is situated within the boundaries of the Libera Università Alcatraz of the Fo family. The absolutely perfect location for any  endeavour linked to nature and creativity! The immediate surroundings consist is woodland and fields, rolling hills and stunning views. Though immersed in nature many fantastic and fascinating cities like the bustling university town Perugia and stunning Gubbio lie within easy reach.  Many other great cities and sites like Assisi, Lago Trasimeno, Trevi, Spello, Spoleto are within easy reach.
