The house

This is another example of an abandoned farmhouse. Once home to a bustling family it got left behind and is by now overgrown. Please note that in Umbria certain restrictions can be applicable where the exterior appearance of a house is concerned.

The work

The property is located in an beautiful area that has inspired many people to start agriturismi, B&B’s and other activities. It’s also the location of Alcatraz, a cultural center offering a wide range of activities.  The nearest amenities are located in a village at 8.5 km distance. Plenty of other interesting cities and sites are within easy reach. Gubbio offers a stunning historic center and lies at  … km distance. The bustling ancient university town of Perugia, capital of Umbria is 25 km away. Of course also Assisi (38 km)  is worth a visit.  It is one of the most popular pilgrimage places in the whole of Italy but is also know for the Nature Park of Monte Subasio. The nearest golf course (27 km) can be found near Umbertide whereas the closest international airport is next to Perugia (23 km).
