A long time ago this ancient villa was the heart of a large and thriving farm property. The little hilltop town of Todi (26 km), but also the vineyards of Montefalco (40 km) and Bevagna (45 km) are nice to visit. The same for the estruscan city Orvieto with its famous cathedral and underground city. Even Montepulciano in Tuscany and known for its wine is only 68 km away.

The nearest international airport is Perugia, followed by Siena and Rome.
