The buildings

The mansion has the traditional square shape which is characteristic for any casa padronale. There is plenty of potential for an open plan living, kitchen, sitting and dining room.

The stables

Behind the house are the old stables. They’ve partially collapsed and renovating is not an option but the surface can certainly be rebuild.

The annex

To the left and next to  the house sits an attractive annex of the type that used to harbour agricultural machines. It’s quite pretty and can be converted to livable space.

The fienile

There is another barn  which is quite large, this surface can be reused as well.

According to a regional law it is possible to extent the existing surface with an additional 100 sqm.

The land

Surroundings

Todi ‘s ancient center is situated on top of a hill,  it offers plenty of little restaurants and shops lies at 8 km distance.  The access to the E45 highway and more amenities is 10 km away. As Todi is very centrally located there are many fascinating and interesting cities and sites in the vicinity. Orvieto (35 km) has a gorgeous old town and a direct train connection to Rome and Tuscany. Lake Bolsena  (56 km)is the perfect escape during the hot summer season, where as the many local vineyards are especially beautiful in the autumn. The bustling university city Perugia lies at 60 km distance and is known for the Eurochocolate festival as well as the Umbria Jazz festival. It also offers a modest international airport where as the Rome airport is 173 km away. There is much more to see and discover so you best come and experience it all!
